Global E-Learning Instructional Designer

What We’re Looking for ⬇️

Requirements:

  • B2+/C1 English level.
  • Has an intermediate or advanced skill level in the following software:
  • Adobe Captivate.
  • Adobe Photoshop.
  • Adobe Audition.
  • Adobe Premiere or other video editing application.
  • Vyond.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience developing E-learning content and using LMS platforms.
  • Work Remotely.
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Multimedia Arts, Communications, Advertising/Media, Education, Computer Science.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Subject-Matter Experts in identifying training needs.
  • Conceptualize the instructional goals and create content adherent to the goals.
  • E-learning content production from:
  • Develop the visual elements (graphics and user interface).
  • Develop supporting media (audio, video, animation).
  • Facilitate review and validation of Subject-Matter Experts on the course being developed.
  • Manage project from start to end and provide updates to project’s key stakeholders.
  • Provide consultancy and support to subsidiaries under the company.
  • Maintain a relationship with the provider(s) and subsidiaries.
