Hey! If you want to be part of the best team, you must understand why the customer is reaching you and comprehend the procedure to solve the problem. You, as an Interaction Expert, should handle each customer uniquely to make them fulfill their expectations, but most importantly: be nice, be cool, and be polite. Fluency in American English is also an essential requirement.

  • No experience needed

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener
  • Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding
  • Have a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions
  • Document and update records in required systems

Technical Skills:

  • High school graduate (must present diploma or certificate)
  • Advanced English
  • Communication skills
  • Customer orientation (Empathy)
  • Problem resolution
  • Attention to detail

Benefits:

  • Available schedules between (40/42/46/48 hours)
  • $150,000 on agreements.
  • Paid training.
  • Long-term contract.
  • Salary: $2,200.000 up to $3,000.000.
